Combed Cotton Fabric for T-Shirts

Combed Cotton

Combed cotton is the standard for premium t-shirts — the fibres are combed to remove short strands and impurities, leaving a smoother, stronger and softer yarn than carded cotton.

Single Jersey Fabric for Custom T-Shirts

Single Jersey

Single jersey is the standard t-shirt knit: a plain fabric made on a single needle bed, with a smooth face for printing and a soft looped back. Light, breathable, and naturally stretchy, it is what the vast majority of tees, long-sleeve tops, and everyday basics are made from.

Interlock Knit Fabric for Premium Tees & Baby Wear

Interlock

Interlock is a double knit in which two 1x1 rib structures are knitted together into a single fabric, so both sides show the same smooth, jersey-like face. Compared with single jersey it is thicker, more dimensionally stable, and more premium in hand, and its cut edges do not curl, which makes for cleaner cutting and sewing.

Rib Knit Fabric for Cuffs, Collars and Fitted Garments

Rib Knit

Rib knit is made by alternating knit and purl stitches in vertical columns (wales), creating raised ribs that give the fabric much more crosswise stretch and recovery than flat jersey, even before any spandex is added. The two workhorse constructions are 1x1 rib, a fine and stable surface, and 2x2 rib, a wider, more elastic rib with a bolder visual texture.

Recycled Polyester (rPET) Fabric for Sustainable Activewear

Recycled Polyester (rPET)

Recycled polyester (rPET) is made from post-consumer PET bottles that are collected, cleaned, flaked, and melted into chips, then extruded into new polyester yarn. Quality rPET performs on par with virgin polyester, matching its strength, moisture-wicking, and quick-dry behavior, with a lower environmental footprint.
